If you haven't heard, this year they are opening it up to developers at all stages of development, even if you're still cobbling together the first few levels and want to both share the joy of creating and answer questions about how games are made and get some early feedback, you are invited to apply! Once you fill out the form and the scholarship application, all you need to provide is power cable, computer, a table, and backdrop!
