Good morning Utah IGDA -

I've organized another game showcase opportunity for this year's FanX convention that will run Thursday September 26 - Saturday 28 at the Salt Palace Convention Center. We'll have 6 10x10 booths available in the Game Room Area (second floor). This year, the game room is being managed by Prevention of Violence, a non-profit organization. Each booth will cost $200 and includes power (but no tables/chairs/backboard/etc) so you will be responsible for bringing all materials necessary to demonstrate your game. Both VR and non-VR games are welcome this year.

I anticipate a lot of interest and the dates are fast approaching, so please don’t delay. I aim to get a final headcount on selected devs to our organizers by next Thursday, August 22.
