Craft Lake City is teaming up with the IGDA Salt Lake City Chapter to bring a live, one-day Game Jam to the Third Annual Craft Lake City Makers Mart!
Join us to build a game, collaborate with other developers, and share your work with the community in a public, creative environment alongside other local makers.
This game-in-a-day will be held at the Maker's Mart Mixer (https://craftlakecity.com/makers-mart) in Millcreek on May 8th (a Friday).

Time: 11 AM – 8 PM (Game Build: 11 AM – 6 PM | Playtest: 6 PM – 8 PM)
What is the Makers Mart Mixer? A lively, free evening to meet participating artisans from Makers Mart and DIY Fest, and enjoy food trucks, shopping, live demos, DJ Robyn Banks, your game showcase, and more.
How It Works: Check in and sign a waiver when you arrive, grab a seat at a table, set up your computer, connect to Wi-Fi, and meet potential teammates. Tables, chairs, electricity, and playtesters will be provided. You’ll have 6 hours to build a game, then share it with the community during playtesting from 6–8 PM. You can come solo or with a team, and you can bring an existing project to jam on if desired.
