Any programmers want to branch outside of game development and get a job with a new start up company? 

They need many of the same skills a games programmer may have and it is a good way to support your dev work.  

Specific skills they are looking for:
- C++/ OO design concept
- OpenGL/Qt experience
- 3D simulation experience/animation (i.e. collision detection/mesh/object properties) 
- Reasonable knowledge in mathematics (matrix etc)

In addition to this, candidates should possess the following attributes:
- ability to work under deadlines
- a flair for entrepreneurship
- a willingness to be creative and take risks
