Here are the answers....
Q1. Why do seek for opportunity in India ?
First off all, I'd like to explain why seek for an opportunity with AIESEC. As I had already said, I believe in this organization because it brings what the world needs by coneccting peoples and projects that can make a positive impact in the society.
Working with AIESEC and getting in contact and interage with the trainees, i was motiveted to get on a exchange that can shows me different cultures and also prove to myself that i'm capable to make a difference in the world.
I went to the United States and I didn't felt the american culture because i lived in a brazillian house. Going to India, I will know more about this fascinating country that I believe that it has a strong culture, better places to visit and really interesting religions.
Besides that, India is a country that in the same economically stage as Brazil. So, I would like to experience how this civilization get organized with sooo many peoples and cultures in the same space.
Q2. What did you find unique is the internship Pragya Niketan ?
The aim of the project: "Helping the underprivileged children and imparting skills to them which will enable them to excel in life and to motivate them to confront the situation through collective action thereby giving the child and themselves an opportunity to realize their full potential."
That is exactly what I'm looking for. Personally, I like work with kids because they are simple, pure and willing to get knowledge about everything. Helping them to get a better person is the future and, in the same time, imporve myself as a human being would be a unforgettable experience for me and I will do my best to make it unforgettable for them as well.
Q3. If those children are depressed, how will you motivate them ?
I know that this is kind of a problem that happens in this job. I helped a lots of trainees in theirs jobs here in Brazil and I know that, sometimes, the kids are not motivated. But, to solve this, I can teach them some brazillians dances, greats jokes and show them that it's possible to know english and culture with a lots of fun. Besides that, knowing each children and listening to their problems will help me to discover the best way to motivate them.
Q4. Are you sure you gonna make change in the life of those children ?
Yeas, I am. I'm a really active person and I can interact with them, pay attention in your needs and giving my best to have a great times with those children. Maybe than need to feel that they are special and part of the society that deserves to be just children, with a lots of energy and willing for knowledge. Why not to give them a chance to meet and interact with another culture to show to them that erveryone has his own tradicion, but we are all humans beings, with the same wishes and dreams fror a better world ?
Q5. What are the qualities that I should select you ?
First of all my desire to go to India for a social job. I'm really interested in jobs that can make a difference in someone's life by doing small things that can has a huge impact. Besides that, I had a experience in work with kids by giving them english lessons and interacted with them. I'm a understanding person and really honest to myself and to everyone. I have a lot of energy to live and I can show this by enjoying every moment, and I hope that India can gives me more life-changing moments.
Q6. Are you desperate about the work.... and how can you showcase what have you learnt in you life....to them... ?
I didn't understand this question very well.... I'll answers how can i showcase what have i learnt in my life to them (children). I probably won't be desperate with the work because i will work with a group of trainees and AIESEC will certainly help us when we needed.
Off course that I will do a lots of presentations about brazilian culture and I will prepare a planning to teach basic english to them with musics, arts, pictures and a lots of fun. They will know my culture by interacting with me and I'll do my best to give to them really good times together.

Dushyant, I would like to say thank you again and I hope that everything will be right in this project. Even if i won't be selected, I hope that those childrens have a great time and a life change experience for them too.
