I guess sir sent an email on group and not on our individual email IDs.
So its pretty obvious and rather implied that evryone wil pay their regards by replyin on the same email.
anywayz in my opinion dis mail can't be used as grievance redressal.
but m really sorry for the inconvenience caused to u :)
