IFT Project Submission and VIva

Dear Class mates , 

The IFT project Soft Copy can be nailed to Sir Email Id SHYL...@gmail.com and the Hard Copy needs to be Submitted to Sir or Me not later than 5 pm on 3 rd Oct 2012 ( Monday ) . 

The Groups Viva Shall be as per the attached Word Document in the Same Order . The Vivas Shall Begin from Monday and Sir target is to finish it up by Tuesday EOD . 

Group 1 Viva - Mon 11 am 
Group 2 Viva   Mon 11.30 Am 
Group 3 Viva   MOn 12 Am 

Group 4 Viva   Mon 2pm 
Group 5 Viva   Mon 2.30 pm 
Group 6 Viva   Mon 3 pm

In case any group has a Particular time slot ( Genuine ) Please intimate immediately for them it shall be done between 4pm to 5.30 pm Monday

The schedule for Tuesday has yet to be conveyed to me but more or less it shall be on the similar patern

my group is 3 and my group members are also of the opinion to give the viva on tuesday.

The duration of Viva shall not be more than 10 - 15 minutes max If every group tries to move to Wednesday then u shall be doing injustice to your own project only the rest completely your choice . The slots of groups shall be changed only for groups wit a Genvieve reason .

Ur viva is scheduled at 4 pm group no 5 . 

Its also possible to switch between  the groups . Any other changes required / possible do let me know because i final list has to be sent to sir around 11 am .

The schedule for Today is As follows : 

*  Group No 5 ( Ravi Group ) - Rescheduled for 4 Pm Today 
* Group 1 ( Abhishek Anand and Aditya Shukla ) - Rescheduled for 4.30 Today 
* Other groups coming as per schedule and 2 groups have shown their in ability to come today one is Sangita Group the Other is Gautam Group . 

Sangita Group has Asked for tomm 4.30 Slot and Gautam is insisting on any slot on Wednesday .

                 On tuesday some of my group members have their classes till 3.15 and then at 3.25. So if u can schedule our (GROUP-12) presentation around 4.45, as we again have our SA viva at 5.30 pm.

The order for tommorow is as follows 

* First pending Groups and groups given preference 

Sangita Group 5 .10 Pm 

Deepam Group 4.45 Pm 

Group no 7  - 3.30 pm 

Group 8 - 4 pm 

Wednesday 

Group No 9 - 3.30 

Group No 10 - 4pm 

Group 11 - 4.30 pm 

Group gautam group  - 5pm

- Group 9 .....4 pm 

Group 10 4.30 and so on 

But since group 10 rashi has a class group no 9 I shall swap it with her . If there any please inform at the earliest
