We are glad to inform you that the Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws &
WTO of the Institute is organising the Six Days Certificate Course on
Arbitration of the ICAI at Vapi (Gujarat) for
its members as per the following schedule:

The course is intended to familiarize the members i.e Chartered Accountants
with the legal framework of arbitration in the country, its history and
background, international scenario-procedure and practices, procedural aspects
of the arbitration process, arbitration award, challenge of the award, etc. and
to equip the members with the expert knowledge in the related areas.
The members who complete the course successfully are awarded the Certificate of
Participation and their names are empanelled
on the ICAI Panel of Arbitrators. The course also carries CPE credit of 20 hours. The Course fee is
Rs.12,000/- .
The members of the profession can participate in the said course.
The Registration Fee can be paid online( http: http://www.icai.org/ccm.html?progid=207 ) or/and by sending
the requisite fee by way of online acknowledgement receipt /Cheque/Demand
