Wanted to know if it was possible to post on the App Store a version which will work with my 3GS

The current version will work on an iPhone 3GS as long as you are running iOS 4 or later.

Only 1st gen devices are not currently working, because they cannot upgrade to iOS 4. The 3GS is a 3rd gen device.
