Seems to be. Dunno why. Some of us are on guncho (game.guncho.com 4108).

The ethernet cable between the DSL modem and the servers stopped
working. This was a few hours after the washing machine overflowed
and flooded that part of the floor. I've replaced the cables, which
are now on the ceiling.

Oddly, the other cable on the floor, for my wireless, continued to
work fine, and the DSL ethernet didn't die until well after it dried
off. Maybe the soaking was a coincidence? I dunno.

Well, we were back up for less than five minutes. I've checked everything a few ways, and this time it looks like my ISP's fault.  If it's still down in the morning I'll call and open a ticket.
