new schema, and ongoing updates on omapd

roger chickering last night noted that the ifmap base schema i had
listed in the documentation section of ifmapdev.com was slightly out
of date. so that's been updated.

and david mattes has been furiously updating omapd, so go grab the
latest version at http://code.google.com/p/omapd/downloads/list.
