Watch folder, anyone?

I'm trying to set up an iFlicks watch folder, so that any movie files
added to a particular folder will automatically be opened and
converted in iFlicks. Has anybody managed to make this work?

You can use folder actions for this. iFlicks should have automatically installed a few of those for you on the first launch. You just have to select a folder in finder and attach the correct action.
