Help!!! Please.....

Hi,

I've just tried playing a film, which worked last month, but now doesn't.
Ive seen posts on here about a new bug, but I've not read them properly as I didn't think it affected me.... Guess I was wrong.

My film played, sound, but no picture.

I'm on Lion, running the latest ATV2 firmware.

Please can someone explain why it doesn't work and if there are any known fix's
