Inorder to customize the appearance of subtitles, I'll introduce a couple setting to one of the future updates.
The stereo track has to be enabled by default. There is no way around this, but it should not pose a problem. It the stereo track is not enabled, the video will not sync to devices like the iPhone or iPod.
iFlicks creates a track layout that is the same as it is in files from the iTunes store. In these files the surround tracks have the stereo track set as fallback. By doing this, the surround tracks are automatically played whenever possible/useful and the stereo track otherwise.
Hey,Tested out the new beta a bit and found that there's something off with the meta data. It's looks ok in iTunes, but whenever I try to edit it in iSubtitle to add subtitles I get an error that says that the "Movie data size is zero" and it can't edit. This hasn't happened with previous versions (it could actually happen on very rare occasions but recoding solved it those times).

Are you able to play surround tracks from videos purchased on the iTunes Store? I am guessing they will show the same issues.
If there is no way other around this, I'll add a preference option to disable setting the fallback tracks.

Regardless of the file type I put into iFlicks now, I appear to be having issues with the "Error: iTunes in 64-bit mode, cannot add this video type" message. Any ideas? This is a straight 64 bit version of itunes as it's Lion beta iTunes for iOS 5.
