Handling EyeTV Files

Has anyone had luck using iFlicks to tag TV Shows recorded with EyeTV? EyeTV will export as an mp4 file with show name / description / episode name but doesn't appear to have episode info by default. Anyone know of any good scripts to either
1)Get default EyeTV converted files to be picked up by iFlicks
2)Script EyeTV to produce files that are acceptable to iFlicks?
