Love iFlicks, phenomenal application.

I want to start migrating my DVDs to the AppleTV format. This includes
both Television shows and Films. What I'd like to do is have it be
hands off so that I only have to drop the dvd rip or file to iFlicks
and it will do all the metadata lookup for me, the conversion and sync
it.

I'm not sure what format it needs to be in or if it's possible.

How close can I get to this process and what do I need to do to make
it happen?

Thanks,
Kenny

I would suggest to rip and encode the video with Handbrake to the wanted format. Afterwards import the video into iTunes using iFlicks and the "Flatten to QuickTime Movie" preset.
