converted files won't sync with hacked Apple TV

Hi,

Using version 1.4 to convert an avi to mov works, but iTunes (old or
new version) can no longer sync the produced mov files with the Apple
TV.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you need this functionality, please resort to 1.2.3.
