Hi,

What are the most common unknown reasons?
I'm adding .mp4 downloaded films in iTunes compatible settings and just lately I'm getting a few off these errors. (feedback form submitted)

There is an easy fix for this: Run iTunes in 32 bit mode. I am actively looking for another way, but that is the only possibility right now, if you want to circumvent encoding.

I've noticed that most of the services don't work for most, but not all, tracks in 64bit iTunes. They all work fine in 32bit mode though.
