The meeting on 13th happened, the meeting happened in two sittings  one at 530-630, and another at 630 till 8:30(we got out of the because we were hungry and people wanted to go chennai sangamam, otherwise.. we would have been chatting there) since i changed the timing.

where it was just broad get together and mr Raj of karmayog chennai,IIT alum association, MR bhanu of 5th pillar, Raj cherubal of city connect,  one more person( Mr AA) whoes ideas i remember but forgot his name/note down... extremely sorry; raj please update this email.

Resolutions/Decisions for Jan 30

1. Meet again in 1st week feb;
2. Raj varadharajan, said his project is currently wholistic village development and with special mention of his productive farming project and invited all of us to visit his project and opened his channel and willingness to help any person with a good cause in his capacity.
   
3. Mr Bhanu said, he can give us information and people interested in contributing and participating at the ward level.
4. MR..AA... said he would look at Redesign chennai development itself and proposed a policy push to Decentralize for Value for money public investments and develop newer cities like vellore/kachipuram/nellore etc.. The tier 3 and above, with all facilities and may be with Green/ecofriendly norms.
   
5. Raj cherubal updated everyone about City connect's passionate project Foot path, now the airport and bus bay projects and also the idea of talking up 10km and showing a model..-- and Srinath has committed 5hrs every week for the airport project since he has expertise in that area. Raj please update more, as you spoke about manythings.
   
6. StreetMaps - Training Session to be organised by prasanna to get more people participate --->  Public amenities-  Atleast try 1 area map (where the maps are completed) to be put at the local bustands.. ARUN is project Driver.
   
7. krishna kumar(KK) did a lot of blah blah on citizen is the share holder and customer of the govt and hence he can demand info. he said he is going to take up wardlevel info collection exercise and come up withe Designs of wiki type site..with SNS type interactions-- Mobile Interaction - Get people to sit at ward council meeting and regularly publish MOM from as many wards as possible....he has take up the challenge of getting atleast 5 wards MOM's up and will be starting a google group for a few wards to start the interaction process and participation from people. Mr Balu of  janagraha said he will help me with that
   
8. Then MR BB who is a civil engg and currently into marketing talked about Vote yatra:- he said he will get in touch with RTI helpline Madhav and come up ideas to spreading RTI.. he said everyone can expect a lot of action as election fever kicks in
