Vue l'importance de cette déclaration historique pour laquelle je
félicite ses promotteurs et signataires, déclaration qui entrevoit un
avenir meilleurs pour tous les peuples de la région, et spécialement
imazighen, et qui traduit leurs espoirs,
Permettez-moi de vous faire remarquer sur un plan purement formel,

-que la traduction 'dernière déclaration de Tanger" traduit mal le sens voulu.
Je crois qu'il vaut mieux parler de "version finale"de la déclaration de Tanger.
-D'autre part, cette précision 'version finale" aussi bien en rabe
