Eoin,I do not have any technical expertise, but if you are forming a group and looking for input on content I may be able to help with this. I have researched international human rights law in the past and I will be revisiting the subject in the fall for a project. I may be able to provide input on EPI service-user friendliness for the website based on work my daughter and I did on GetHelpEarly.ca as well. Terry-Lee
