Required Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination ability
Ability to solicit cooperation from developers and encourage their acceptance of a Quality process
Ability to ensure maintenance of a consistent Quality software product in production
Excellent communication skills
Ability to self-manage work to meet committed deadlines with minimal supervision

Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
Familiarity with using TFS and Test Manager
Familiarity with using HP Service Center software
Evidence of innovative ideas for improved testing processes in previous position
Gas-Power Domain knowledge would be a plus
