Carissimi,

Ecco una breve lettera che vi chiedo di firmare come associazioni, movimenti e che è scritta per essere consegnata attraverso la stampa locale a Gaza e, se possibile, la West Bank. Le persone qui per una volta meritano il rispetto di ascoltare direttamente per l'esterno che c'è solidarietà e riconoscimento delle loro azioni collettive. Ho passato la giornata nell'emergenza ieri e non riesci a immaginare la situazione. Questo è il momento, secondo me, di fare questo semplice passo di solidarietà rivolgendosi direttamente alle persone attraverso i canali a cui la maggior parte di loro ha accesso e che fornisce un raggio d'azione oltre il canale settoriale. Sono sicuro che saremo in grado di farlo nella stampa locale, sono sicuro che ci potrebbe essere qualcuno in grado di inviarlo alla stampa in WB. Se siete tutti d'accordo e firmate entro stasera Allo stesso tempo possiamo diffondere questa lettera per l'unità e il sostegno attraverso i soliti canali all'estero. Ovviamente, la lettera potrebbe essere modificata, e sicuramente non è perfetta, ma non abbiamo il tempo di modificarla per renderla perfetta. Spero che trasmetta le intenzioni principali, di dirigerla direttamente alla gente della marcia, per esprimere comprensione, sostegno e solidarietà. Per trasmettere il dolore e le condoglianze, per indicare che dall'estero comprendiamo le loro azioni nel quadro dei loro bisogni da soddisfare, ma anche nel prendere in mano la richiesta che la Palestina come nazione sopravviva.


Spero che scriverla e poi anche diffonderla da parte vostra significhi anche rompere una barriera mediatica e di intrappolamento che pesa anche su di noi... quindi spero che se ce la si fa, la mandiate come comunicato stampa ai giornali... chi lo fa vedete in Italia, quando ... sarà, se e quando abbiamo la lettera firmata stasera. Ho evitato il più possibile il gergo politico. Il tema nello scrivere una lettera del genere è affermare la reciprocità e il rispetto nella lotta. Fatemi sapere quali associazioni possono firmarla entro le 20:00 di questa sera (ora di Gaza, quindi alle 18:00 nel Regno Unito, alle 19:00 in Italia, Francia ecc. DIFFONDI RAPIDAMENTE nel tuo circuito per le firme  (soprattutto associazioni e gruppi)


Vi URGO a donare , manca e mancherà per coprire non solo la emergenza di feriti che arrivano, ma delle migliaia che hanno bisogno di cura per gironi , settimane  e mesi a venire.

Dear all,
Here is a short letter that I am asking you to sign as associations, movements and that is written to be delivered through the local press in Gaza and , if possible west bank.

The people here for once deserve the respect of hearing directly for the outside that there is solidarity and acknowledgment of their collective actions.
I spent the day in the emergency yesterday and you cannot imagine the situation.

This is the moment , in my opinion to take this simple step of solidarity directly addressing the people through the channels that most of them have access to and that provides reach beyond sectoral channel.

I am sure that we will be able to get it in the local press, I am sure that there may be somebody able to send it in the press in WB.
If you all agree and sign by tonight

We can at the same time circulate this letter for unity and support through the usual channels abroad.

Off course, the letter could be amendable, is nit perfect, but we do not have the time to amend it to make it perfect. I hope it conveys the main intentions, to direct talk to the people of the march, to express understanding support and solidarity. to convey the sorrow and condolence, to indicate that from abroad we understand their actions in the frame of their needs to be satisfied but also in taking in their hands the request that Palestine as a nation and a country  survives.

I avoided as much as possible political jargon ..  the issue for writing such a letter is to state reciprocity and respect in the struggle.

let me know which associations can sign it by 8pm tonight (Gaza time, so 6pm in UK , 7pm in Italy, France etc..

To write directly also has the aim to use , if we manage to get the signatures, this letter as a sign to the hasbara and the political mingling that people can reach people, thus anybody that can, should also send it to the local press after we convey it to the Gazawi and wb press. Our capability to build it in an event


Meanwhle I urge to sustain the collection of fudns for the health emergency in Gaza. Is enormous the task and very little the means. many thousands wounded will be in hospital and need care for days and weeks. There is need of every item.
