i tried many ways and many times to contact your hotline numberS (either in Australia or in Philippines) to cancel OR REBOOKING my flight with booking number JN54VH, but nobody answered ....and, even after having the support people (customer care) to ask me to rebook & i paid in Gcash $4600 peso and more as requested, but no confirmation so far...
i have no idea what happened there, you guys just took the money and have no feedback yet, this might need to let some other people to acknowledge the matter happened to me for the past few weeks related to this issue, it was just really time-consuming and waste money for nothing for any adjustment/communication with your customer care, even with emergency hotline (nothing could be done over there coz nobody answered, i already recorded / screenshot hundred of calls / messages until the last minutes..but email about the flight still remind me that this flight still going on nov.18th, 2023 :( what kind of service do you have?
IF YOU DON'T RETURN THE MONEY i don't mind reviewing this 1 to any of my relationship/network/acquaintance to let them stay away from any problems i got with you so far
i also don't mind putting it in media with full of evidence with this to give warnings for more people about your bad service, PLEASE STOP DOING SAME AS SCAMMER TO SAVE YOUR REPUTATION & REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.
