Invoices
For non UC departments and student groups an invoice will be sent to you.
*Cancellation Fee: Due to a high demand in SDH room rentals, cancellation fees will apply to confirmed reservations as follows:
· Reservation charges less than or equal to $200.00--$50.00 cancellation fee
· Reservation charges greater than $200.00--$100.00 cancellation fee
· If the IOC is not returned signed by the date of the event, CITRIS reserves the right to cancel the event. If we agree to go forward with the event and the form is not back signed by the end of the month in which the event is held, we will assess a $200 administrative charge
Trash:
PPCS: If you are providing food & beverage, we will submit a request for additional trash/recycle/compost bins & custodial service to clean tables & floors which will be charged to the account provided on the room reservation form. You will be responsible for making sure all trash is deposited in the waste containers, all equipment & supplies from your event are removed and the room is returned to its pristine condition.
Tables/Chairs/Linens:
We will have an table on the stage for your event, but we do not provide table linens.
A/V Support:
Usage is self-sufficient (with your own laptop). For additional services and rates please visit the CITRIS website at http://www.citris-uc.org/contact/room_booking and click on “Sutardja Dai Hall Room Reservations Form”.
Requests for A/V equipment and services should be made using the Room Reservation form and at least 7 days prior to the event. For events requiring webcasting, audio/digital recording (Window Media Viewer), video conferencing you will be responsible for scheduling a consultation with the CITRIS A/V technician Khos...@citris-uc.org or 510-643-7962. Requests for A/V services and equipment made less than 72 hours prior to your event are not guaranteed.
After-hours Events:
Events being held during non-operating hours (before 8am and/or after 5pm and weekends) require a security patrol officer to be present. To request an officer, please fill out the attached Police Services Request form and submit to UCPD. Please note that a $50 per hour charge will be applied to weekday reservations taking place before 8am and after 5pm.

首先想问一下HR组的同学能不能把嘉宾现场接待的问题写成一个文件我们需要发给嘉宾(Tracy, Mike, Joe Tai, Norman),包括停车地点,晚饭Catering等问题。辛苦冰冰和HR组的各位啦~
然后就是订到的场地费用是955刀,650是租场地的费用,11个话筒每个费用15:11*15=165, 然后是活动在周六举行必须要有Police Patrol Officer一个人在,费用是我们来出35一小时,最少4小时:35*4=140,所以加起来一共是955刀,Invoice我已经给婧哥了。~
