Experience: 2-4 years, MBA Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Equity Derivatives and Structured products

• Experience in Derivative Operations

• Process Equity derivative trades. Review flow and structured products for accuracy and completeness

• Checking of Term sheet and Incoming confirmation with booking and Legal template

• Identify booking issues and liaise with the Middle Office to resolve the breaks

• Work with Front Office and Legal team to resolve template issues.

• Understand and adhere to the controls and regulations surrounding the products and processes

• Challenge existing processes to enhance controls and efficiency

• Responsible for review, negotiation of trading agreements and amendments.

• Good understanding of ISDA Definitions and protocols.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong sense of responsibility

• Proactive and capable to handle multiple tasks under extremely time sensitive conditions.

Should be flexible for shifts
