Dear fellow Engineers,

I wish to thank you all for taking time from your busy schedules to pay your last respects to my father.

My sincere gratitude for everyone who helped us at this difficult juncture with your support and kindness and for expressing your condolences through calls or any other means.

We also would like to apologize to any shortcomings that might have happened during the funeral.

My apology for not being able to pay my last respect to your beloved father (our much respected friend) as I was out of Kurunegala on Monday 25th.

I am also sorry for my ignorance of not knowing you as a member of IESL EXCO until my colleague Deen told me.

Please accept my belated deep sympathies for the demise of your beloved father and wish you courage and strength at this difficult time. You may count on us for any help you need at this juncture.
