Good morning Mrs. Gui,

It was a pleasure meeting with you yesterday.  As we agreed the two front foyer display cases can be used to decorate for the Chinese New Year. I will have to change the timeframe for use of the display cases due to the Black History Month display that will go up the week of February 6. The Chinese New Year decorations can be on display from January 23-February 3, 2017. A representative from your committee will have to take the display down by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3.  Let me know if you have any questions.
