Hi Jean

I am CCing Janet and Tracy who are interested in participating, you guys might know each other from Ilcehster.You can coordinate among your selves as how you would be participating, Ideally this is what I would like from China Committee and you can choose to do whatever is convenient.

-Tables/Tables representing artifacts, information.

         * Raffle at your table after every hour, so if you can come up with an inexpensive traditional item for Raffle that would be great.We will probably have 2 Raffles on each table.

         * A small questioner , 3-4 questions to answer what guests learn at your table and they will use that to stamp their passport.You can either have small quarter sheets printed or have one paper with questions and person manning the table can ask those questions.

        * We will provide you probably a generic stamp but if you have some Chinese stamp you can bring that.

         * Learning some Chinese Game at the Table etc.

- Bite Size Snack items probably fro 100 + people, that will be served in Cafeteria.

- Cultural Performance/ 1-2 performances not more than 5 minutes.

The Tables should be primarily manned by Students with Adults in background to assist wherever needed.If you have any Decorations to spare or we can borrow for the event that would be great :)
