[SPD-IEM] Meeting on Department Activity

Assalamualaikum & Hi, 

Dear respected members of Special Project Department,

I'm calling for a meeting to discuss this department project

on Sunday, 7th July 2013 at V4 Cafe, 9:30pm.

Below are the agenda for the meeting.

1. Updates from executives.

2. SPD Outing

3. IEM Appreciation Dinner.

I would love to request everyone to reply their availability to this thread and 

it would be great if we can all give feedback fro brainstorming purposes regarding the above mention agenda ie date, transportation, tentative, venue.

I personally extent the invitation to attend this meeting to all executives who are on their holiday. I hope our proposed plan will go out well insyaallah. Thank you.

Nice. For the outing place, I would suggest another indoor activity/outdoor activity just like we have last semester.

Do you ever go to Lata Kinjang? Otw you go to perak, did you notice the waterfall on the side of the road? thats the Lata Kinjang. It is suitable place for picnic and outdoor activities. Beside can refresh our body with cold environment, we can do a lot of outdoor activities. Thats my first suggestion. For dinner, let me search it first..

Hi,
i suggest the buka puasa plan we had initially.To do it at one of the orphanage in the perak area.It will be fun as well as beneficial.And the money spent will be for a good cause.but The waterfall seems like a very good idea as well :)

as for the dates,its okay to have the dinner on the 26th of july or 2nd august before we get started with test 2.
and for the outing maybe on the 20th of july.because it would take too much time to plan it either ways.
