Ignore the message ... we think we know what is causing it. It is benign.

If you went to the product through the site the bogus cookie message
would not appear (I think). I believe it has something to do with
jumping into the middle of the purchase dialog as Pradeep's link does.
Looks like I good talk ... I registered also.

If you go through the site by clicking on the COMSOC logo on the front
page and then clicking on register I dont see the bogus cookie
message. Something to do probably with the tinyurl Pradeep is
using I would suspect.
