The Air Show

The Oregon IEEE got a pretty good discount on air show tickets. Thanks
to Chris Jacobs for negotiating that. This negotiation wrapped up with
not enough time to process check payments, but we can do credit cards.

To purchase a discounted ticket, go to our site http://www.ieee-oregon.org
and click on Marketplace. You might consider the 100th anniversary
dinner we have coming up also.

If you jump into our site with a link directly to the product, you may
get a message that says your browser does not support cookies, even
though it does. You need cookies to do a purchase. And for those of
you that do not like cookies, you can just enable them for this
purchase and then disable.

Apparently the rumor is that our cookie detection happens higher up in
our navigational structure than the product. If you navigate to the
product from our Home Page, you should not see the bogus message. But
then you know it's software.
