Hi Jingru:
Sorry for absence the meeting. I was in Hongkong that time.
I have browsed pictures of the meeting. And thank you very much for
your outstanding orgnization.

I have some suggestions for construction of our organization.
In IEEE Hongkong student chapter, they have an advisor who has great
achievement in acdemics. Maybe we could also find some professors to
join us. Also, I think we can hold some activities like
seminars and paper contests. I have attend one of these kind of paper
contest and elected as an finalist. We can apply financial support
from IEEE. This can provide memebers an oppotunity to enhance
communications among members.

What is the goal or vision of IEEE HUST chapter? To be the
platform for acdemic communications bettween HUST students is a good
choice. Because, as I know, there is much demand of these kind of
orgnization. I think we can .

Happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival!

Sincerely
Du Liang

Hi, Du Liang

Your suggestion is very constructive! Glad to see that you have such great passion for our student branch. I am also concern about the lack of Student Branch Counselor (the specific role of this position is described in Section 3.2 of the document R10 Student Branch Operations Guide) who shall give us some guidance in our Branch. Do you have any more specific suggestion on the candidate for this position? He/she should be in an active IEEE member in Wuhan Section. Thank you!

Hi Yanchun:
I do know some person who are suitable for the position. But
I need to discuss with him about this. I think we can discuss with
this further after that. Also, every member could invite people
suitable for this position, right? There are much more "niubilious"
person in HUST than we can imagine.

Sincerely
Du Liang
