各位会员，大家好！
由中科院研究生院IEEEE学生分会承办的YC-ICT2010已开始征稿，本届大会是继去年9月在北京召开的IEEE YC-ICT2009的第二届会议，这个青年会议也是目前国内唯一一个由IEEE直接赞助，并且面向青年学生、年轻教师和科研人员的学术会议，请大家积极投稿。 会议的录取论文将被EI检索。目前，IEEE中国代表处正在策划设立一些专门针对中国区学生分会的最佳学生论文等奖项并减免其部分费用。

IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications(YC-ICT) aims at promoting the interests of young people on research frontiers in fields of information, computing and telecommunication. The 1st IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications(YC-ICT2009) has gained a great success. All accepted papers have been indexed by EI. Now, YC-ICT2010 is coming. On behalf of the sponsors of the conference, we would like to invite you to participate in the second annual conference.
