NCVPRIPG 2013
December 19-21st, 2013
Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India

We are pleased to announce that the 4th National Conference on Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Image Processing and Graphics NCVPRIPG 2013 will be held at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur , Rajasthan, India, during December 19-21st, 2013. The conference will build on the tradition established by past NCVPRIPGs held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat (2008); Jaipur, Rajasthan (2010); and Hubli, Karnataka (2011). NCVPRIPG 2013 will be a multiple track conference with plenary talks, oral, poster, and demo sessions as well as special sessions to highlight state-of-the-art research and novel research products.
The program committee invites the submission of original and unpublished contributions for inclusion in the conference program. Topics to be dealt with include but are not limited to:

Full paper length is 4 pages in two-column IEEE format. All papers will be peer reviewed, and accepted papers will be included in the proceedings. The review process will be strictly double blind, so the paper, the abstract and (if any) the supplementary material *MUST NOT* include author names or addresses or any other author or institution identifiers. LaTeX and word templates for preparing your manuscript will be provided by the 1st week of May 2013.
The organizing committee is trying to arrange for publishing the conference proceedings with Conference Publishing Services so that it will be available digitally through IEEE Xplore, as was done in the previous NCVPRIPG.

The conference will also have a Doctoral Symposium which will provide the PhD students working in the areas of Computer Vision, Image Processing, Computer Graphics, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning, with a unique opportunity to interact with experienced researchers from academia, industry and research labs.
