e-manthana 2011 , National level technical paper presentation and Tech
Fest was held on 26-09-2011. This programme was held under IEEE
student Branch AIT chilkmaglur and E& C Dept. AIT.
To conduct this programme the core committee formed the working
committees. Information was given to various colleges through
Posters. Letter of Sponsors request were sent to various sponsors.
Budgets and expenses were prepared. Invitations for Inaugural and
valedictory functions was Posted to guests and invitees.
Various colleges sent papers for the presentation and experts framed
the final list of Session 1participants and Session 2 Participants
for the presentation.
A staff committee was formed to assist students to organize the
functions and events. Name tags (Participants and Volunteers ) and
certificates , registration forms (Session1 and Session 2) for
participants were prepared. Inaugural function and technical paper
presentation held successfully as shown in the photos. A brief
report about entire event was prepared by linguist committee for the
audience. Certificates (Appreciate, Event, and Participate ) and Cash
prizes were given to winners of the various events. The event was also
appeared in the news papers.
