Dear all

It gives me immense pleasure to announce that along with the quarterly meet, IEEE PEC would also have the opportunity
of discussing GINI and hence this meet is now a  quarterly cum GINI meet. The chairpersons please take note that they are required to register two GINI representatives  for the same.

The last date for registrations would remain the same as quarterly i.e. the 7th of November.
The GINI representatives would be provided travelling allowances.

The tentative itinerary for the quarterly cum GINI meet is attached alongwith.

I would also like to mention that since the accomodation is based on first come basis, the earlier you provide us with the
information about the same, the better will be the chances.
