THIS IS THE FINAL SPC 2011 CALL !
December 15, 2010, is the deadline for sending your SB winner's papers
to Region 8 Student Paper Contest ! Please remind students-winners to
follow the SPC Rules (especially points 5, 7, 17-20) ! We expect to
receive SPC papers and accompanied documents in time. Please send:
1) PAPER (pdf file, without the name(s) and organization of the author(s)),
2) COVER SHEET (doc file),
3) SB COUNSELOR CERIFICATE (separate scanned file or copy sent by fax),
4) SIGNED IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM (separate scanned file or copy sent by fax)
to SPC 2011 Coordinator Prof. George Paunovic (g.pau...@ieee.org ,
