Dear Prof.,

I am pleased to inform you that the Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (FKEE), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) will organize the Final Year Project Industry Competition Awards on 23 June 2024, and the presentation method and judging process will be done online between 19-20 June 2024. The onsite evaluation, showcase, and award ceremony will be on 23 June 2024. Participants are grouped into three main categories: Software Development, System Design, and Research-based projects. Judging is based on three criteria: Innovation, Technical and Marketable. I have attached the poster of the event.

2. On behalf of the Final Year Project Competition Award committee, I would greatly appreciate it if the IEEE PES Malaysia Chapter could sponsor tokens for IEEE PES Special Awards to the best student to express appreciation for all his/her hard work.

3. Finally, I would like to invite representatives from your Society to be a panel of judges to choose the IEEE PES Special Award winner. Your kind consideration in supporting this event is greatly appreciated.
