Kindly allow me to introduce myself, I am Emily Chiew, Assistant Sales Manager from Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. I am writing with regards to IEEE PES Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies (ISGT Asia) 2021.
We understand Malaysia last hosted this event in 2014 at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.

· This is an annual event with an estimated of 200 – 350 pax.
· Attached is the link on the Request for Proposal (RFP) for IEEE PES ISGT Asia 2020 for your kind reference https://www.ieee-pes.org/images/files/RFP-for-ISGT-ASIA-2020-Revised-Date.pdf. In the RFP, they have outline the requirements on organising this event.

For your information, the Centre works very closely with our strategic partner, Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) to provide financial and non-financial support to the national / international associations to bring their regional / international conferences to Malaysia.
