Dear all,

It is time for us to make evaluation on IEEE Online FYP for Track 7: Power and Energy.
Email from section is also attached below for reference.

This year, student is preparing abstract and video (previous year, student is preparing poster) for their presentation. Both documents can be access from the link below:

For Track 7, we have 34 participants. 
I have arrange the assessment including our Past Chair to ensure each of us just need to evaluate two (2) or three (3) participants only.

Dear Fatimah Salim,

Greeting and Thank You from IEEE Malaysia Section - for agreeing to co-organize and sponsor the IEEE Online FYP competition.

I am pleased to inform you that this year, we have received close to 300 final year project submissions across the 16 technical tracks. 

For Track 7: Power and Energy sponsored by IEEE Power and Energy (PES) we received a total of 34 submissions.


We are now ready to begin the evaluation process. 

We will need your chapter's technical expertise in determining 3 winners for your chapter's sponsored track. If there are no suitable candidates/submission you may also choose to decline from naming a winner(s).

A summary of all submissions is included in the attachment for your quick reference and look-up. I've also included the university names for each submission - to give you a sense of the geographical location of people with similar technical interest.

I've also included a recommended evaluation criteria/guideline (if you would like to refer to it). You may add to it or use a guideline/rubric you feel is best for your technical track.

We would appreciate it if your chapter could reach a decision by the 15th of January 2020.

IEEE Malaysia Section aims to make the announcement and deliver the prizes (for all track winners) in the February 2020 in conjunction with our Section AGM.
