I'm posting this as we already have about 15 members here. We cannot
possibly have such a large team just for the electronics/coding
portion, its not practical.

Since we are asking the mech design people to jump through hoops before
accepting them, the same should hold for others as well. Therefore, i
propose that anyone else who is interested should also be asked to show
up at these meetings itself.

All the people who made it to the meeting on friday, have been made
managers of the group and as such, should be able to view the members
of the group --> use the manage feature.

So far, a face to face meeting has taken place b/w the foll people -
Karan Jain
Divyabh
Anish
Arjun
Ankit Anand
Jaideep

Guys, we need to meet before the interviews, so that we can have at
least the basic ideas clear in our mind. Can everyone show up
tomorrow(Monday) at 5:30 EC block entrance? I'll send SMSs to everyone.

Also we need to decide on 1-2 co-ordinators for the project, we cannot
expect 5 people to jointly decide on everything, it would soon become
very cluttered.

Lunch may be a prob because ankit anand's break may be at a diff time.
I have sent a message to all the people mentioned here asking them to
come at 5:30. However, we can easily shift to the Lunch hour as 5/6 ppl
are from the same class :-)
