yar also mention that only 2nd year onwards students r allowed as
otherwise futchaas could come in large numbers they can be used as
volunteers but not in core team
also the thing which we shd take care is there r enough 2nd yrs
involved during the building of it so that next yr they can carry ont
the task, not just mechanical but also all the electronics stuff .
