Agenda for the second meeting

This is directed at Karan,Arjun,Divyabh,Anish,Arjun,Jaideep

We need to clarify the following points in our second meeting before
seeing the new ppl -

1. What is the required number of people -
We have already asked for 6 mech ppl

We already have 7 ppl already

As was discussed earlier, we need one person for managing the website,
at present I can do it, but when the work intensifies, we'll need a
separate person for that. 15+ ppl doing separate things = a LOT of
documentation. remember, the documentation is important not only from a
publication POV but also for funding from IEEE, we HAVE to show
documentation for that.

As Anish pointed out we'll need at least one bond programmer, which
sadly none of us are :-(.

2. We need to designate people into categories as Karan Jain pointed
out, we need to have a CORE team of ppl who will be working on the
project itself, and VOLUNTEERS for purchasing components, managing the
website etc.

Please reply with you opinions, are there any oher things we should
discuss?
