Paper submission (17th IEEE International Conference on Security, Privacy and Anonymity in Computation, Communication and Storage. (SpaCCS 2024)

I am trying to submit an article through the EDAS node, but the website says the conference is not receiving submissions. 

This might be an error as the deadline is 22.07.2024.

Kindly assist.
