Hi everyone,

Thank you for expressing your interest in participating in IEEE P3108, Recommended Practice for Human-Robot Interaction Design of Human Subject Studies.  As you know, our first meeting will be this Wednesday, December 1st, at 12pm ET (5pm GMT).  A meeting invitation is attached and also copied below.

IEEE requires me to send out the meeting agenda, which is attached.  Sorry for the delay in sending it, but since this is our first meeting, most of the items are by IEEE policy.  I'm also attaching the RAS Policies & Procedures document for anyone curious.  As far as group officers, we have had a volunteer for Vice Chair but the Secretary position is still open - the responsibilities can be found in the P&P document.  If you would be interested in being the group secretary, please let me know!
