IEEE Photo Contest

All,

I just spoke with senior staff about the photo contest situation and the change in the rules.  It was suggested instead of having IEEE Staff vote on the Top 20 to have volunteers vote on them, as they too will be impartial and ethical.  Senior staff will email the group of volunteers asking them to vote.

In the interest of time I agreed to this change from staff to volunteers judges.  I do hope that each and everyone of you are OK with this.  This is the only part that changed so the rules on the website do not need to change.
