This is a program developed by NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers). Read about it below.
Dear Grove School Brilliant Engineers,
Engineering is all about working together. No one person can do it alone. With that being said, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) has developed a mentoring program Retention Extension Program (R.E.P) where upperclassmen mentor the underclassmen. If you are reading this and you are a
junior or a
senior and you want to be a
mentor fill out the
mentor form below. If you are a
freshman or a
sophomore and you would like to be a
mentee fill out the mentee form below. We are also working in junction with all the engineering clubs here at the Grove School. This is a really great opportunity for us all! All are welcomed regardless of major, gender, ethnicity! Please join us to improve engineering graduation rates!
