Let me start by saying that I am very honored for the nomination. I'll be leaving for a long-month vacation and Randy Wolff (our treasurer) is assuming my duties for the month of August. Michael Rice and I had a hurried exchange of E-mails yesterday and decided that we’d like to nominate the Boise Section for the Region 6 Outstanding Section Award.  I know you saw the letter from the Region 6 Awards Chair, Mahbub Khan, indicating that he needed nominations.  I am more than happy to do this but I need a little information.

 

I just reviewed your web site – very impressive I might add – but could really use a summary of your activities during the 2006-07 year.  How about the reports you prepared for Michael for the Fall and Spring meetings?  If you could send me those, I think I can put together a nomination package very quickly, in time for Mahbub’s deadline of July 30.
