IEEE Boise Section Fall Picnic planning

I am beginning the planning process for the Boise Section annual Fall picnic.  I would like to plan the picnic for Friday, September 7, and I want to minimize conflicts with other events.

Chairs of the BCS, EDS, and PEIAS Chapters - please let me know ASAP if you have any events planned for this day.

Also, I'm assuming this email list goes to all the Society chairs, but if not, please let me know.
